It's the question on Romance Archiveseveryone's mind after Thanos and "The Snap": What the hell happened to Thor's roommate Darryl?
Was he spared? Did he make the cut? Guys, relax. Darryl's alright, but he's working weekends now, and he has a birthday message for your favourite god of thunder.
SEE ALSO: 'Avengers: Infinity War' Blu-ray contains this hilarious gag reelPlayed by Emmy-winning Australian writer and producer Daley Pearson, Darryl posted a birthday message for his immortal buddy on Twitter — it was actually Thor's mortal counterpart Chris Hemsworth's 35th birthday over the weekend.
"Good news, Darryl survived 'The Snap.' Bad news, a lot of my coworkers didn't, so I'm working Sundays," he said.
"Happy birthday Thor, however many thousands of years old you are. I hope you're having a good time out there in the universe, and if there happens to be WiFi where you are, if you could just do a quick transfer, I'm in quite a bit of debt since you left."

The determined Stylophone version of the "Happy Birthday" song really makes it.
Thor's Australian roomie first made an appearance during Comic Con 2016 when Thor: Ragnarok director Taika Waititi released a very funny viral short film, featuring the Marvel superhero. Turned out Thor had been hanging out in Oz during Captain America: Civil War. A follow-up shortpromoted the home video release of Doctor Strange.
