Celebrities doing weird stuff at home in front of a camera is Taiwanone of the few gifts COVID life has brought us.
Noted Chicago Cubs fan Bill Murray wasn't able to see his favorite team in person for Friday's opening night Major League Baseball game, but he brightened everyone's evening all the same. Murray fired up his webcam for the seventh inning stretch's musical moment.
In a truly boisterous and uplifting performance, Murray hugged a giant teddy bear tightly as he screamed-slash-sang "Take Me Out to the Ballgame." And sure, he could've easily done this in person during non-pandemic times. He probably would've left the bear at home, though.

It's not the only time he's treated his favorite team to the classic seventh inning stretch singalong song. His love for the Cubs is well established. But this particular performance is a welcome gift to kick off what is sure to be professional baseball's strangest season to date.
