Apple is Watch Devil’s Night: Dawn of the Nain Rouge Onlinelaunching its new online fitness service, Apple Fitness+, on Monday, Dec. 14.
Originally announced in September this year, Fitness+ is a service that lets you follow workouts on your iPhone, iPad or Apple TV while recording body metrics with your Apple Watch. The workouts are led by pro trainers and accompanied by music from top artists, Apple says.
The service launches with what Apple calls 10 of the most popular workout types, including High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Strength, Yoga, Dance, Core, Cycling, Treadmill (for running and walking), Rowing, and Mindful Cooldown.
The metrics gathered by your Apple Watch are dynamically integrated into the workout, with key stats being shown on screen, and with animations showing up to motivate and engage you in key moments.

“We’re excited for Apple Fitness+ to bring together the metrics from Apple Watch, great music, and a diverse and inspiring trainer team — in a uniquely simple, easy-to-access way across Apple devices — to encourage our users to get fit and stay healthy,” Jay Blahnik, Apple’s senior director of fitness technologies, said in a statement.
Apple's Fitness+ requires the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, watchOS and tVOS. The service costs $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year, and it can be shared with up to six family members for the same price. Customers who buy an Apple Watch Series 3 or later get three months of free service, and existing Apple Watch users get one month free service. Finally, Fitness+ can be had as part of Apple One Premier plan, which also includes Apple Music, Apple TV+ and more for $29.95 per month.
