One of the first media screenings of Spider-Man: Homecomingtook place Friday night, and while official reviews are still under embargo, audience members were allowed to share their general thoughts on social media following the film.

Happily, first reactions to the movie -- the third Spidey reboot in just 15 years -- were mostly over-the-top raves, with people highlighting their love for new Spider-Man, Tom Holland, Michael Keaton's villain, and the comedy throughout. This reporter, for one, loved how downright teenage parts of the film felt. Much has been made about how young the cast is this time around, but the whole gang seems to have won Twitter over.
