Nintendo Switch 2 Welcome Tour is a lot like Astro's Playroomin that it serves as an intro to the new console, but in a gamified way. In it, you'll be able to walk around a virtual Switch 2 as a kind of interactive exhibit, learning about all the handheld's features. That's way more fun than reading the instruction manual.
Cyberpunk 2077 had a rocky launch, but at this point, it has fully recovered and solidified itself as one of the best RPGs in recent memory. The Switch 2 edition comes with all the updates, as well as the stellar Phantom Liberty DLC.
If you have racing game aspirations beyond Mario Kart, Fast Fusion may be the perfect match for you. Mashable Tech Reporter Alex Perry has deemed it one of the most underrated Switch 2 launch games, and it's only $15.
Split Fiction is co-op gaming perfected. Play through the engaging tale side-by-side with a friend, guiding each other through each wacky level and game mechanic that only get more interesting as the journey continues. It's one of the best games of 2025 so far, and it's on Switch 2 at launch.
