Leonardo DiCaprio's iconic boss speech to employees as businessman Jordan Belfort in 'The Secret Confessions (2025) Mrs. Bugaw Episode 39Wolf of Wall Street' has got its own real life rendition -- and people are not sure if they want such behavior from a CEO just yet.

The usually polite and down-to-earth Sharma was seen pumped on-stage, and to everyone's surprise, using abusive language to address the competition.
"In this country, there's no f*cking better brand than us," he shouted to a strong applaud from his employees at the company's New Year party. "There's no f*cking better people than us," he added, noting that Paytm reached over 150 million users in two years, a feat that other top companies have taken more than five years to achieve.
"Saala jab itihas likha jayega na, hamara itihas mein naam zaroor hoga(Expletive, when history is being written, our name will certainly be there)," he said. "Agar koi samne aaya, ya toh samne se hat jayega ya phir mar jayega(whoever comes in our way will have to move away or we will crush them). We are a tank and we will rollover everyone," he added.
Paytm is the largest mobile wallet app in the country. Amid the nation's move to invalidate much of its cash last November, Vijay Shekhar Sharma's service grew at an exponential rate. Paytm recently announced that its service was seeing as many transactions as all plastic cards in the country.
Sharma's on-stage address, albeit to his own employees at a private party, has drawn reaction from many. While several people see this as a demonstration of passion, others have criticized Sharma for not maintaining composure.
