The xxx tv showdancing hot dog Snapchat filter has taken the internet, and the world, by storm in recent weeks. And, people are already doing unspeakable, wildly inappropriate things with it.
The dancing hot dog achieved meme status after a video of the sausage being whisked away by a shopping trolley went viral in early July. And, since then the meme has exploded, and it's even inspired its own bootleg unofficial game.

Some people have been Photoshopping the once-innocent looking sausage onto photos of deceased world leaders' memorials. Don't do this at home, kids.

Dead world leaders aside, the mischievous Snapchatters of the world have gone one further. They've brought their grannies into it. And, we really, really wish they hadn't.
Some people have posted videos of their grandmothers bumping and grinding against the dancing sausages.
And, a chap called Ross Smith decided to go all out and dress up his granny in a full-blown hot dog costume.

One absolute legend who goes by the name of Linda had a dance-off with the little sausage while in the office. Nice moves, Linda, but save them for the dance floor if you want to keep your job.

Someone also thought it'd be a great idea to crack out the old dancing hot dog while their friend was getting their nose pierced. Pretty sure that's the last thing anyone wants when getting a hole poked through their face, but hey ho.
It's fine to torment your friends, loved-ones and even your colleagues with the hot dog filter. But, leave your poor beleaguered pets out of it. People are bullying their four-legged friends with the frolicking sausage and they're really not happy about it.
