Will you accept this rose?Watch Ava OnlineNo? Well, we hope you can at least accept this urgent safety interruption.
Fans on the edge of their seat during Monday night's episode of The Bachelorettewere upset when severe tornado warnings cut in to the broadcast in Dayton, Ohio.
Fox 45 meteorologist Jamie Simpson noticed that Bachelor Nation was in an uproar on social media, and that some fans were not happy with the interruptions. After he started receiving direct backlash for his weather reporting, he vented a bit on air.
"We have viewers complaining already," he yells, exasperated. "No, we're not going back to the show, folks! This is a dangerous situation! I'm sick and tired of people complaining about this! ... I'm done with you people. I really am."
He backs down a little at the end, apologizing, but he also explains that it frustrates him how people don't seem to care about the safety of others.
This is not the first time that fans have harassed news stations for interrupting their viewing schedule — a meteorologist in Virginia recently refused to apologize after he interrupted the Western Conference NBA semifinals with a tornado warning.
Even the Bachelorette herself chimed in to say that there's nothing more important than being informed when a tornado is literally coming your way.

It's true that this is no joke, considering multiple severe thunderstorms have ripped through the U.S. in the past 10 days, with around 13 percent of which resulted in tornados.
So stay safe, and remember that if you can't finish your Bacheloretteviewing sesh live, Twitter will probably spoil the end for you anyways.
