Barack Obama may have Lady Moona solution to fixing the country's biggest problems... and that starts with a hiring process.
Obama spoke at an event in Paris over the weekend and answered a few questions on climate change, leadership and the future of the United States.

He also discussed Donald Trump's withdrawal from the Paris Agreement - a commitment implemented by the Obama Administration to fight against climate change and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
But Obama took the time to bring up another issue close to his heart.
The former president believed more women should be in power to make political decisions, stating "because men seem to be having some problems these days," according to AFP.
It comes from the ongoing sexual assault allegations across Hollywood, politics, and around the world. The two-term president feels optimistic about leadership in the future and it starts with more inclusion in the workplace.
"Not to generalize but women seem to have a better capacity [for leadership] than men do, partly because of their socialization," he told the crowd.
Obama ended the speech on a positive note, stating the country will fight against climate change and it starts with a solid foundation.
