He was just hanging out when he saw a dog walk in, dressed to the nines, and receive a super warm welcome from all the other patrons there.

As soon as he walked inside, all eyes were on Mr. Wrinkles as he strutted in with a glow-in-the-dark twinkling vest and a very handsome collar to match.
